Mrs. Foltz, who has been a principal at SPC for six years, was first chosen as the distinguished principal of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, consisting of 32 schools. After receiving the diocese award, Mrs. Foltz was chosen for the regional award from among Catholic school principals in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky. Mrs. Foltz, who has 32 years of service in education, comes to us from Spokane, Washington.
